Responsibilities :

* Handling incoming/outgoing calls
* Welcoming visitors
* Distributing documents i.e. faxes, memos, letters
* Organising meeting rooms


Requirements :

* Min. High School graduates with 1 year experience
* Female, single, not more than 25 years of age
* Attractive, pleasant personality, customer service oriented
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Be able to represent company's image


Junior Secretary

Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will have to assist Executive Secretary in administrative and secretarial jobs


Requirements :

* D3 from recognised secretarial academy
* 1 year in similar position - fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
* Big willingness to learn and a fast learner
* Fluency in English (oral and written) is required
* Computer literate


Representative Officer


Responsibilities :

The ideal candidate will perform as our representative and be placed at our client's office at Cikarang/Cibitung with responsibility to:

- Review medical claims for completeness and accuracy of information
- Gather additional information as necessary to process claims
- Assist in claim disputes ensuring win-win solution to all parties involved

Requirements :
- Female

- D1/D2/D3 with 1 year experience in medical insurance claims or general admin works
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet application
- Candidate who is domiciled at Cikarang/Cibitung/Bekasi would be highly considered
