SALES ENGINEER
BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION MARKET
(SLS - BCM)

The incumbent will be responsible to promote and sell, through Consultative Selling Approach, a wide range of 3M products such as: Sun Control Window Film, Ultra Safety & Security Window Film and Matting for Project Based Account to Commercial Buildings, Hotels and Restaurants, Residential and other buildings or properties. He/she will also have to work with distributors or setting up a new distribution channel to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services.


Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in any Engineering background preferably in Civil Engineering with minimum of 2 (two) years experience in selling related products
* Having exposure in handling tender or project based account as well as understanding the tender processes and procedures
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Good command in English for both oral and written
* Computer literate
* Good Presentation skills
* Result oriented person and able to work with very minimum supervision.
