We are an importer and distributor of houseware based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our company focuses on kitchenware and tableware sourced from all over the world. The majority of products are distributed throughout Indonesia under our service mark, WESTON. We are also the sole agent of IMPERIA and TESCOMA from Italy and ALETTA from USA.

We are looking for the qualified candidate to fill this following position:

ASSISTANT SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

* Managing and lead the sales team of about 10 people
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the growth of business
* Maintain good relationship with customers
* Strengthen internal system for sales forecasting and cost control

Requirements:

* Male/Female of max. 32 years of age
* Posses S1 Degree in any major, with GPA > 3.0
* Minimal 3 years of sales experience, of which minimal 1 year with sales force supervising experience
* Resourceful, highly motivated, and able to work independently
* Good communication, public relations skills, and leadership skill
* Team player
* Willing to travel; own vehicle is a plus
* Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
* Preferably living around West or North Jakarta
